Terms of use

The terms on which you may use this website, and what our registration forms do and do not commit either of us to.

Version 1.0 Effective 4 September 2026 Next review due 4 September 2027

1. Who runs this website

This website is operated by Daniel Comer, a sole trader trading as AgroSys.

  • Email: info@agrosys.co.uk
  • Address: 25 Lockwood Avenue, South Anston, S25 5GQ

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. AgroSys is in research and development

This is important, so it is stated plainly:

  • AgroSys is not currently trading commercially.
  • No produce is offered for sale through this website, and nothing on it is an offer to sell.
  • We are not currently purchasing from suppliers.
  • Descriptions of the planned pilot, delivery route, crop varieties and phases describe present intentions. They are not promises, and they may change or not happen at all.

3. What a registration means

Both registration forms record an expression of interest. Submitting one:

  • does not create a contract between you and AgroSys;
  • does not reserve, allocate or guarantee any produce, capacity or delivery slot;
  • does not constitute an order, a purchase order, a tender, an invitation to tender, or an award of any supply agreement;
  • does not oblige AgroSys to buy anything from you, or to approve you as a supplier;
  • does not oblige you to buy anything from AgroSys.

Any future supply of produce, or purchase from a supplier, will be governed by a separate written agreement entered into at that time.

We may decline, withdraw or remove any registration at our discretion, and we may end the pilot programme at any time.

4. Supplier pre-qualification

Supplier registrations invite you to describe your regulatory position and optionally to upload certificates. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Recording a registration is not an assessment, an approval, or an endorsement of your business, and being described as "qualified" or "pre-qualified" in our records does not create any commercial entitlement.

We may verify statements against public registers and may ask for further evidence. Do not upload documents that are confidential to a third party, or that contain personal data beyond what is needed to evidence compliance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit information that is false, misleading, or that belongs to someone else without their knowledge;
  • submit another person's contact details without making sure they know and can see our privacy notice;
  • upload anything containing malware, or any file that is not a genuine compliance document;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server or its database;
  • use automated tools to scrape, overload, or repeatedly submit to the site;
  • use the site in any way that is unlawful or that could damage or impair it.

We rate limit form submissions and uploads. Persistent abuse may lead to a block.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, logo, photographs and video on this website belong to Daniel Comer trading as AgroSys, or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business purposes. You may not otherwise copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

You keep ownership of the information and documents you submit. By submitting them you give us permission to store and use them for the purposes set out in the privacy notice.

7. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error free. We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted, and we may suspend or withdraw it without notice.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, and because this website is provided free of charge and creates no commercial commitment, we will not be liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it.

You use the site as a business user. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of a consumer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top show when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
