Cookie policy

What this website stores on your device, and why. The short version: only what is needed to make the site work and keep it secure.

Version 1.0 Effective 4 September 2026 Next review due 4 September 2027

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not share anything with advertising networks. That is why you are not asked to accept cookies: under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is not required for cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for.

1. Cookies this site sets

NamePurposeTypeExpires
AgroSys_Admin Keeps an administrator signed in to the operations area. Encrypted and signed; it contains an account identifier, not your password. Only ever set after a successful sign-in. Strictly necessary 12 hours, extended while in use
.AspNetCore.Antiforgery.* Protects forms against cross-site request forgery, so someone else's website cannot submit a form as you. Strictly necessary When you close the browser

If you only browse the public pages and register your interest, the anti-forgery cookie is the only one you are likely to receive. The administrator cookie is set only for people who sign in to the operations area.

2. Third-party requests

We load our typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). This does not set a cookie on our site, but your browser must disclose its IP address to Google in order to download the fonts. No registration data is sent.

We embed no videos from third-party platforms, no social media widgets, no chat tools and no advertising or analytics tags. The background video on our home page is served from our own server.

3. Other storage on your device

This site does not use local storage, session storage, fingerprinting or similar technologies to identify or track you.

4. Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary, blocking them will prevent form submission and administrator sign-in from working, but the public pages will still be readable.
